Tri-Cities Lock & Safe

Staff was wonderful, very helpful and friendly. Was able to program a new key fob and cut the key hidden within. Very satisfied and would absolutely recommend!

James at Tri-Cities Lock and Safe was AMAZING! We had him go to a house that we were selling to change out the lock. When he got there the door had been completely damaged along with the frame so there was no way to change the lock. James offered to go and get the materials to install a padlock on the door for us. Will definitely use them for all future needs.

I purchased a 2005 Ford Thunderbird that only had one key and one fob that were separate from one another. I went online to see if I could purchase them as one unit. Doing so, I came across a fob/key combo that was black with red accents that matched my T-Bird. In my excitement, I took them to Tri-Cities Lock & Safe to get them cut and programmed. They quoted me $80/key for programming and $5/key to cut for a total of $170. When I asked if they could just cut the keys for the $10, they suddenly couldn't do it. They claimed the key with fob wouldn't fit in their machine. So, I took my car and keys to Frienship Ford, where they cut and programmed both my keys for $95.
