I have required Larry's services on two occasions now. He is extremely dependable, fair, honest, and a pleasure to work with! He responds to calls in a timely manner and was able to relocate and upgrade my thermostat all within the same date that I scheduled the appointment! Will most definitely be using his company in the future!

Tuesday afternoon my heat and air were running simultaneouly. I found out at 430 when I got home and it was nearly 90 on the house. It was about 77 outside that day. I hear to turn it off at the breaker box. Larry returned my call about 5 and set and appointment for the next day. Hey came out and checked everything but the system was running correctly. He thought based on my description that it might be one of two things but possibly a power spike. He advised me what to do if it happens again. Its behaved for a day and a half then thursday the problem came back. I did what he instructed and it returned to normal operation. With the problem component identify, bed was able to order a part one friday since it was after hours at the part store. The part unexpectedly came in midday

Larry installed our new Trane heat pump this past summer and did an excellent job! Was on time, honest, professional, and courteous. Did a great job! Great competitive price! He had to come back out this winter for a minor fix and was on time right after a holiday and got us back to being warm in know time! Would definitely recommend!

Larry at Southern Comfort Heating and Cooling was easy to reach, showed up on time, was very professional and knowledgeable, patient with my many questions, checked on the warranty status of my unit, and took the time to show me how to clean my units so can keep an eye on them myself. One of the best experiences and best customer experiences I’ve had with a service technician since building my house a few years ago. Other HVAC companies should take note.

I needed my heat pump serviced before winter got started. Southern Comfort didn't install my unit but Larry (the owner) came out the very next day. He checked out all my equipment, both inside and out. He patiently answered all my questions and didn't complain about having to work around all the junk in my garage. The service call was very reasonablely priced. I plan on using Southern Comfort in the future and I even asked for some business cards to give to my friends!
