Orkin is ...always was and will always be your best bet. Honestly...I came back because I witnessed this company remove an infestation from my aunty's home back in the 80's...it was awful! Her roaches were very very bad. And now today I reached out for my home health and they are still the greatest!

It hurts💔 to state this here because I like the service, wanted to give 5 stars and the manager (who is from Brooklyn-I cannot remember his name right now because I'm disappointed 🥲) he does an Outstanding- exceptional job and friendly whenever he comes here- Thank You! Also a few(1 or 2) other technicians that came here in the past are really nice and did a good job too. HOWEVER, few things changed lately and the technician that came today did not communicate the service well at all ( where I needed it sprayed, almost forgot or did not put down the bug report cards asked Me to put down the cards because he was outside already-about to leave, etc.). He initially left after spraying outside🤨, I called the office and the office lady said he rang the bell- but he did not, he actually left( I

This company has some of the worst employees I’ve ever had the displeasure of coming in contact with. Maybe it’s a lack of training, On how they should conduct themselves when they visit customer premises. The technician left the bait stations uncovered, he moved my ground cover (pinestraw) to get to the bait stations also leaving those disheveled. This is the same behavior the previous company displayed and because of that they were dismissed. There are companies out there that will provide proper customer service for which I’ll gladly pay. This is the final straw. No thank you Orkin. Your employees are simply the worst.

The technician was very friendly and approachable. Mr. Edwards explained what he was here to do and exactly how my service plan works. He reassured me that the company would be able to help keep my house nearly pest free and that they were only a phone call away. I especially want to thank Mr. Juan for knocking down those huge spider webs that were outside my doors. I have a great fear of spiders and he was very accommodating in helping to rid my yard of them! Thanks for your service!

This was the first visit & the technician, Demetrius was very professional, polite & knowledgeable. He explained the procedure & answered my questions. I'll be able to give a thorough bug review in a few months. But the first visit was excellent.
