Orkin

I am a tenant and called Orkin for pest control services. My sister Rose and I were very pleased with Darren. He was professional. He knew how to provide us with the service we needed for our home. We have the ongoing service and look forward to continued satisfaction.

Orkin company so good to work with. They addressed yellow jacket nest issue quickly and ahead of schedule that i could not fix myself. Rep that showed up to 1st assess was Joe. 2nd visit was Rene Torres who treated the problem and provided other useful tips per questions i asked. Very nice company and all people involved.

The representative is friendly and takes the time to talk with me and ask me if I have any concerns. He then makes sure to address each of the things I bring up. I’m a long time, regular customer and the house is in great shape because the thoroughness of Orkin. He even checked and found a place mice used to enter the house. He plugged up the hole with steel wool and we haven’t seen a mouse since.

My technician Darren R Copas was great. He was extremely knowledgeable , polite, and on time. Darren gave me a great advice and an easy plan to follow to get my pest complaint resolved. Thank you so much for everything . Truly, its technicians like you that keep company’s running successfully.
