This company is not one that I will ever call again! They didn’t do a very good job to start with and when they left, I noticed my attic door isn’t closing all the way. I have called both the Senior Customer Manager and the office itself and left messages but haven’t received a call back from ani. I definitely would not recommend this company!
I take pride in caring for my business customers, especially trying to protect the elderly ones. I help them navigate problem solving with their yard needs.Today I called Orkin, Erlanger KY. To help understand their charges and to see if they could help with a particular pest. To my surprise they were of no help and wouldn't even talk to me once I told them I was speaking on behalf of an elderly customer. WOW, I called another pest control company and got just the help I needed.
The tech that comes to our house is very thorough and talks us through his procedures every time he comes. He is always nice. Does gd job
