Orkin

Overall my experience has been good. There is some confusion between Orkin’s main office /call center and the local branch when it comes to dissemination of pricing. Make sure when discussing cost you are speaking to your local branch because the main office may offer one price but the local branch will not honor it. Otherwise the technicians and home inspector have been nothing but friendly and professional. I did purchase an additional service called Orkin Shield and I am more than satisfied with the outcome. My home’s exterior is now sealed and protected from “intruders”!

The service technician came and did the intended job. Haven’t seen anymore creepy critters. But they get 3 stars because he called me delusional. Like I wouldn’t be paying you guys almost 300$ just for kicks. Even if you feel that way keep it to yourself and do your job!

Had a wonderful experience! Gavin was our guy and he was very friendly! Very helpful! And very respectful! We enjoyed his service and made us feel knowledgeable about what the process was going to be and answered all our questions thoroughly!!

Orkin has always provided great pest control for me. I have had their services for years. Termite check, rodent and spider/bug issues. Nick is very efficient and pleasant. Reasonable/competitive pricing.

He went above and beyond. I appreciate how he conversed with my son who’s autistic. 10’s across the board. He was sure to make sure we were knowledgeable about everything that was going on.
