URGENT COMPLAINT: Unauthorized Entry, Illegal Procedure and Professional Misconduct by Orkin Technician(Vivian) I have been a resident in good standing for over 20 years. I am writing to file an urgent complaint regarding unauthorized entry and highly unprofessional conduct by Vivian, an Orkin technician at my residence, which is a direct violation of tenant rights and legal entry procedures. Orkin(Vivian) entry was not scheduled, not part of a required inspection, and was a spur-of-the-moment without the resident's knowledge or consent. I've been using Orkin at this property for years. David, our Tech, is the best. He's very knowledgable and focuses on identifying root causes of infestation and resolution. Everyone be careful of Orkin they haven’t done service to location for last 2 months and keep charging me on regular base to they don’t service properly when they come and i have been calling manager clyde neal talked to manager no changes in anything seems they dont care after they get u lock in contract be really careful with them i have 3 locations in same strip still they dont care I did not want to give them any start bit they allow to post until u select atleat one star
