Johann is fantastic. He is always courteous, professional, and consistently goes above and beyond every time he visits. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about doing a thorough job and making sure everything is taken care of. We truly appreciate his attention to detail and the respect he shows when he’s on our property. Johann is a great representative for Orkin, and experiences like this are why we continue to trust the company for our pest control needs. Highly recommend!

When I first met Clayton, he was an absolute breath of fresh air, his enthusiasm and his humor go a long way. I really enjoyed meeting him so did my coworkers. He is a great asset to your company.

Their technicians are wonderful-we give 5 stars for that! BUT not once has our local office called to check our availability prior to scheduling and then they charge us if we have been unavailable. We have voiced concerns several times, but at the end of day there hasn’t been a change to that policy. If you are employed w busy schedules, be prepared for disruption.

The tech who normally comes is great. Have had nothing but problems with the customer service, including charging my card for service, even though I had discontinued auto pay. TWICE. Even though things improved for a month after I escalated things to the regional manager. He still hasn’t responded to my text about my unauthorized charge. I will be calling their home office to cancel. Can’t trust that anyone in Connecticut will actually DO it. Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with.
