I don’t usually leave reviews but I’m actually pretty aggravated. Mainly in regards to the lack of transparency surrounding pricing. I was locked out of my apartment and my complex does not offer lockout services after hours but sent a list of recommended locksmiths. I saw several good reviews for this business and the hours shown are 24 hours. So I called. There was no transparency about pricing. That is my main issue. When I called, a woman took my information and said there was a locksmith in my area that could come out. When I asked about an estimate, she just told me that the locksmith would call me with the details. I received a call but only to confirm the address. Still no estimate. When the locksmith arrived,he took a look and said that he could get it open but would have to drill

We called this company after we locked ourselves out of our house. They were able to get us back into our house within 15 minutes. They also changed the lock for a small but fair fee. Their service was inexpensive and easy to complete. I would definitely call them again if I needed another emergency lockout support.

If you don’t care about customer service or price, Orlando Locksmith Experts will get the job done. I asked for a price quote when I initially called and was told that the cost would be $29.99 + any additional fees for my Chevy Cruze. I didn’t know exactly what those extra fees could look like, but I assumed they would be reasonable, given that I have a very normal sedan. The technician was prompt and updated me regularly on his ETA. He arrived in a timely manner and began to open my window with a basic inflatable pump wedge. As he was fishing the keys out of my car, he shared that my total would be $29.99 for the service fee, $150 for opening the car, and tax. My grand total was almost $200. As a clumsy young man, once in a while I forget my keys inside of my car. I had a great experience with orlando locksmith experts. After being locked out of my house they come in 20 mins to unlock it. The tech was very friendly and the price was fair.
