Can’t say enough good things about Victor and his team!!! Victor and his team replaced an old makeshift polycarbonate roof on our existing pergola with an insulated roof. And he did an outstanding job!! Victor is an honest and upright individual who knows his stuff. He is extremely talented , intelligent and gifted individual, not to mention extremely hard-working !! Not only that , he is very polite, professional , thorough, detailed, and hands on, on his project. He has great interpersonal skills and maintained excellent communication throughout the project with us and even before when the project had to be rescheduled multiple times due to unforeseen weather. What can we say about Orlando Pergolas and Decks, Victor and his team added such an awesome addition to our home and was attentive to what we wanted for this first phase of our backyard oasis. His team were very professional, on time every day and communicated every step of the way. From the planning, drawings, retaining all permits, it made our project seamless. We definitely will be using their services for phase 2 and 3 next year.

The outdoor deck that Orlando Pergulas & Decks built for us was exceptional! Victor, the owner was very professional, pleasant to deal with and showed up each day during the built. Victor was there from day 1 till the completion of the project. He's always available for questions and very accommodating to any requests. Excellent. Victor builds deck and pergola as his own. Preventative measures to add maintenance free years: tarp under deck, screw caps, leaf screen, water bearer seal on wood beam. Available after installation.
