Beyond blown away at the incredible customer service and workmanship of this company. I wanted a custom dog/ baby gate made for my new home and they did not disappoint! So happy with the results!

I use Ornamental Specialties for all my jobs that include anything from handrails, mailboxes, to gates (it’s great for my bulldogs) It’s always a pleasure to work with Steve and Rebecca. Nothing but quality! They are the best!!

Steve the owner was non responsive. The railings were built incorrectly and they attempted to repair 3 times without success. It was extremely difficult to contact the owner or his office. Ornamental Specialities did not correct the railings. We had to call another company to correct the railings. Ornamental Specialities was not honest or competent. Horrible follow up or follow through. Do not waste your time or money.

Have tried so many times to communicate with the business. Ive never tried so hard to give someone business, ie money. I just dont think thats its professional to ignore calls and emails, thats being a good business right? For rebecca. And i dont think that im being unreasonable, if someone did the same to you, im sure you too would be annoyed. anyway, my $0.02 is that ornamental specialties owes me a returned phone call. -Bryan
