We were referred by a family friend when our garage door quit going up on a cold day after we heard a crash. Andy came within the same week, diagnosed it in minutes, and made it operable again until the part came in. Then was back the very next week as promised with the new spring. He had the new and improved spring installed, credit card taken, and was on his way with a big Merry Christmas in less than a half hour. We did not have to pay until the job was done and it was cheaper than the initial ballpark. Would not hesitate to call him back again. It was a pleasure working with him and Deanna.

Ortners has the best price and service on garage doors. Do not sleep on this place. I shopped around and nobody could even come close to their prices. Jim was very professional with the installation.

Ortners offers incredible service..at reasonable prices. I have had them replace springs on my doors. An access location when power goes out and a new key pad for my opener.. highly recommend

my uncle had them install a door and opener a few years ago door always made a funny noise no one could figure it out then we realized THEY never mounted 1 side into a stud just drywall Kinda a stupid install WOULD NOT RECOMMEND lazy and useless

I had some issues with my spring and cables with my garage door, causing my door to be inoperable. I called ortners to setup an appointment to repair, they assessed the repair the morning after I called, then repaired it the following day after that. The service I had was tremendous. Deanna in the office was very gracious and had excellent communication, Dave the owner is just an outstanding and honest guy, and Andy (who did the repair) was courteous and professional.
