Needed a replacement key as I misplaced the house key, so i brought in my spare for a copy. The gentleman at the counter was friendly, and efficient with the key copying process. Before I could wander around to browse random safes and such, he was done… Price was more than reasonable, even when paying by plastic rather than cash. Painless and easy! Thank You

In the snow last week I lost my 90 year old Dad's key to his house. I am his primary health care giver. I spent two hours during a blizzard raking and shoveling and sweeping snow, no luck, could not find the keys. Not only making necessary visits difficult but knowing that his security was compromised was a real problem. I called Suburban Lock and Key without any prior experience with them, they came to his house (as I had to work) and Dan the Service Technician was able to rekey the 3 doors necessary. Have a very old door with vintage lock, not replaceable. Had become non functional. Nate came and repaired the old entry door lock! Very impressed!
