From start to finish, Wright Family Plumbing LLC was outstanding in every way! The office assistant kept me updated throughout the whole process, making communication easy and stress-free. Dale came out to install two new toilets and switched out our old two-handle shower valve for a single-handle one. He was professional, friendly, and respectful, arriving right on time and finishing the job quickly. Everything was cleaned up perfectly when he was done. I highly recommend them for anyone needing plumbing work, and I’ll definitely use their services again in the future.

Edwin was our plumber, and he was reliable, knowledgeable, and very professional. We had a loose kitchen faucet, and he tightened it up quickly for us. Our kitchen was renovated not too long ago, and recently we noticed our sink was leaking. Edwin checked the pipes and found that the old plumber hadn't tightened one of the connections, which caused the leak. Edwin replaced the pipe, installed everything properly, and made sure there were no more leaks. We were very happy with his work and would definitely call this company again if we need plumbing help in Kenmore.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had such a great experience with Wright Family Plumbing LLC that I wanted to share. They are honest, fair with their prices, and truly know their plumbing work. I called them because my tankless water heater was acting up. Even though the heater wasn’t showing any error codes, Peyton, the plumber who came out, didn’t give up. He kept looking for the issue and explained everything clearly. It’s hard to find trustworthy plumbers these days, but I’m grateful for their dedication and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Each time, even though our emergencies always seemed to happen on weekends or holidays, Zachary showed up quickly and took care of everything. Leonard, Dale, and Zachary did an outstanding job on our plumbing project. Even though there was a short delay in getting some plumbing materials, the finished bathroom turned out amazing and we couldn’t be happier. This is the second time we’ve used their services in Kenmore—first they fixed a big kitchen leak for us, and now we have two beautiful, newly renovated rooms thanks to their hard work.
