Osborn's Georgia Carpet

We had laminate flooring put down in the kitchen, dining room and hallway and Josh Snowdon and his brother did a phenomenal job. They spent over 3 hours prepping certain area's of the old floor and he explained to me why and showed me what would have happened if the old floor was not prepped correctly. The finished product is flawless and we couldn't be more pleased. Everyone at Osborns Georgia Carpet and Josh have been amazing and have exceeded our expectations. They definitely go above and beyond and that's hard to find these days. Make sure to visit them for all our flooring needs.

In the preparation phase and selection process, we spoke with George at the Osborne Georgia Carpet shop of Terre Haute. He was very helpful and provided the detailed info we needed for a good choice to replace about 1,000 sq ft of carpet in our home. The installation crew of 4 were very courteous, and most of all, very professional. They did an excellent job. I highly recommend the Osborne Carpet shop of T. Haute.

I had granite installed by this company and it was a very bad and poor job. I called the company and complained that there was a big crack in the granite and it did not look good. They sent another installer out to my home and he tried to fix the damage done to it by another one of their installers, the repair did look a little better at that time but now a year later it's starting to look bad again. This is sad because I do not like writing bad reviews but because the repaired granite damage is getting worse over time. Please see the photo below you will see many black epoxy fill-ins and many edges and corners not straight as I believe granite should be. I will not shop at Osborn's Georgia Carpet again!

They seem professional at the store but, the installation was a fiasco. They showed up hours late and did such a terrible job that it had to be redone. Even after the 2nd installation, there was an easily visible seam running the length of the room. Upon inspection, I was told that to correct it, it would have to be done for a 3rd time. Then they refused to do so and threatened to come back and remove the entire upstairs floor of carpet. I highly recommend not using Osborn carpet.
