Oscar Renda Contracting Inc

I am a vendor that has sold product to Oscar Renda Contracting for a large infrastructure job they performed in the Detroit area. They have not paid their bill for over 8 months at this point. I have left dozens of voicemail messages for them, but nobody calls me back. Pay your bills!!

They hire people that have stolen other people identity. They have a person working there that is using a social security number of my family member.... We live in Nc!!! We called to get information told them that it was happening, but they will not cooperate.

They do not pay their invoices. Avoid doing any work with this company

Very disorganized. As a subcontractor you can immediately tell they are a bottom dollar corporation. They contract out a lot of their onsite management (which usually results in people who weren't competent enough to be employed and advance within a company). Company employed management is very hands off and arrogant. They will hound you to exhaustion regarding performance (which they inhibit), invoicing and pay- to the point I imagine they're hoping you'll complete a large portion of your scope of work and then be willing to take a settlement to get out. If you're a sub contractor and can get work elsewhere, I would definitely advise you to do so.

Doesn't pay vendors. Gives the runaround. Would not advise selling to or buying from.
