We booked a portable refrigerator for our wedding this past Saturday. Delivery was on Friday. We called Thursday to make sure everything was set and what would happen for the next day delivery. The office told us that they would call in the morning to let us know what time it would come. The next day no one called. My husband and I called multiple times and no one answered or called back. Finally around 10.30 my father in law called and then we finally got a call back. The lady in the office sounded annoyed and told us that sorry they went out on a service call and they would deliver it later that the person was on their way back to the yard. Having done business with the father for over 15 years we have now been very disappointed by the son who took it over each and every time. Ever since the son Luke took over the service has dropped drastically, he over charges, not dependable. He thinks that the customers owe him something that he thinks he is entitled to. A total narcissist. This is what happens when a father who worked his whole life to build a business gives to a son who is ungrateful and an incompetent business man. Work is not done to completion but to make do, resulting in multiple failures of the same problem, and having to call him over and over again with the same problem. Luke refuses to make good on his mistakes. Will charge over and over again for the same issue that is not resolved as it should be and will

By far the best investment for our wedding. Had 4 kegs hooked up to 4 taps and it was a self serve drink station. They supplied racks for food storage which was a life saver for my now mother in law(s) who made all the food. Had it all weekend and an extra day (to finish 1/3 of keg that was left) highly recommend this!

I have used Osterhoudt for years and have always thought they were quick, kind, and professional. Sadly it's really gone down hill. About a month ago I asked if they would replace an evaporator in our walkin. They kept telling me it was lukes job to quote these but he never got back to me. Over and over again I would call but no luke, finally my wife called one morning and spoke to luke who said he never heard about this and assured her he would call back later that day. Never happened. After weeks I called them to ask if they would just replace with a new one I purchased they told me they didn't have enough time and were too busy. Well if you don't have the time to fix a repeat customers refridgerator or even get back to them... I guess good luck? It's sad I really liked our tech Henry...
