Easy, respectful, and speedy communication. OTM team went above and beyond to help with this local single piece office furniture move. Very knowledgeable about the item to disassemble and reassemble. Our day of movers were amazing! Thank you, Daniel (Danny) Bermudez and Enrique Cervin! They were very careful with moving the individual pieces of the item up our building and made sure to be respectful to our building neighbors! This is a great spot to unload from! They move pretty quick , and they started unloading me at 7 AM on the dot… the two receiving doors are right next to the ramp where you check in at receiving …no complaints!

Easy unloading, easy to find. Easiest way to back in is to trunk left at the cul-de-sacn back up and turn around...otherwise you'll be blind backing in. Friendly enough...let me spend the night in a dock as I was 20hrs early (miscommunication from dispatch)

I backed in from the street, plenty of room to back all the way in and wait til the dock was open, fast unload, professional and courteous staff

Terrible management, owner is full of himself, over his head in terms of scope and has no clue on employee morale or treating them right. Not to mention the lead supervisors attitude, physically being near him and you'll see/smell he reeks of coffee, cigarettes and clinical halitosis. 0/10 would find somewhere else to do business.
