I stop by this store about once a month for basic supplies. From a product standpoint, the store is clean, organized, and clearly labeled. On my most recent visit around 3:30 in the afternoon, I was immediately stopped by a young female employee working near the entrance/front counter and told that I had to leave my backpack at the counter due to store policy. I understand loss-prevention policies, but the way this was communicated felt abrupt and unnecessarily targeted. I was coming directly from school, had not yet browsed, and had done nothing to warrant being singled out. I chose not to argue, quickly purchased the item I needed, retrieved my bag, and left. The interaction left me uncomfortable and discouraged from returning. I hope management reviews how this policy is enforced and

I've always had a good experience shopping here. The staff is very friendly and way more professional than Home Depot.

I believe these stores are owned by the same owners as OSH since you see the OSH logo throughout the store and it is because of that reason that you find whatever it is you're looking for. They got everything: Garden, cleaning supplies, landescaping, tools, hardware, lights, faucets,etc. The prices on most stuff are close to competition but there are some big ticket items that are a lot more expensive than anywhere else. The customer service is excellent and most associates were knowledgeable and helpful. Because of the layout and the size of the store, however, it was sometimes difficult to find someone to help. But all in all a good store to spend time and shop at.

Very helpful friendly staff. I went in looking for something i wanted for a memorial and 2 different workers patiently helped find it. I greatly appreciate how kind they were to me.
