I was told by Klein Tools to find a authorized distributor to claim my tool bag lifetime warranty. The salesman at Royal refused to spend the time to call Klein tools and told me since I did not buy my tool bag at this location there was nothing he or Royal could do to solve my warranty situation. I am a union electrician and have up till this day purchased many products at Royal and now they will no longer receive any of my business.
Great place to shop for electrical supplies. They sell Square D my favorite brand of electrical panel. Friendly and helpful staff.
