Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I discovered my water heater was leaking at 8pm Tuesday, made an appointment with RotoRooter via their easy to use website for the next day, I was unsure if they would show as I had not talked to anyone on the phone. Gabriel and his team of three arrived during the scheduled time slot to my pleasant surprise. They were professional and quick with identifying the issue, providing me a quote and performed the work efficiently and quick. You don't realize how important having hot water is until you lose ability to get it. Thanks to RotoRooter and Gabriel for restoring my hot water so quickly.

Gabriel was pleasant, helpful on time courteous he got the job done with minimal fuss. In fact, the whole experience was wonderful until it got to the survey, which is ridiculous, time-consuming, pretentious, and asking too much of your customer. They even wanted me to add photos you want a photo of the inside of my garbage disposal?

When faced with a shower that is backing up with a brown liquid, prompt and effective action is critical. Within 45 minutes of calling for an appointment, Gilbert and Neman arrived. They carefully and thoughtfully inspected the problem, explored different alternatives, gave me a clear understanding of pros and cons of each approach, and then quickly and efficiently executed the clean out. They then called in additional help to get to the ultimate source of the problem. It was a pleasure dealing with them and the whole team.

The plumbers that came were very good and efficient. Got the job done quickly and professionally. Very happy with that. However, when they give you a time for arrival, it was much later. In fact, three hours later. Made an appointment for the first thing the next day and they were pretty close to when they said they would come. So all is well that ends well. :)
