I have found a new place to buy my plants! All the plants were beautiful and obviously well cared for but what really sold me on Outer Elements was their customer service! The gentleman who showed me around was so warm, helpful and inviting. He went out of his way to help me find plants that will complement my established flower gardens! Their prices were well below anywhere I have been locally and he even loaded them for me! Great job, sir! You have made me a patron for life!

Very unreliable!! They have been a no show for the last 3 days, went from first delivery to it will be noon... then tomorrow morning first thing again.. smh.. the lady just tells u the same thing... management has yet to return a phone call.... such a small town, companies such as outer elements should have a honest relationship with there customers... I would suggest looking elsewhere for your needs... Good luck!

This was my first experience with this company. The guy that helped me was outstanding! He was pleasant, down-to-earth, and knowledgeable. He helped me pick the right kind of gravel to fix some bad spots and was patient while I decided which kind to choose from on a cold windy day. Granted all I needed was a 5 gallon bucket full this time and if I needed a truck load, they can set you up. Fees aren't too bad for a ton of gravel and the bucket load I got was reasonable as well. Disclosure! There is none, nada, nothing. If you want a huge pile of gravel in your driveway yea!!! They are you people. I’ve had gravel delivered here for my driveway at least 4 times in 35 years I’ve lived here. I made it clear we wanted it for driveway. Well be carefully what you ask for when no other reportable company deliver with same type dump truck and has always slowly dispersed up driveway. Same cost. But no we have a mountain high gravel pile and driveway shut down. To make it worst. I called days ahead and truck driver came a twilight 8:57p.m. And said I only pour in pile. We got some rock by the ton here that was really pretty and finished our front rock garden with our roses. Worth the price and everyone is nice
