**EDITED TO ADDRESS OWNER COMMENTS** Attached in photos are report details which indicate the results of the independent assessment of our floor (completed in 2024) which fault the product and the install. Owner is not being truthful in their response. So much for priding themselves on doing what is right for the customer. PLEASE NOTE HIGHLIGHTED TEXT IN REPORT PHOTO. This floor failed in 4 years (that is when we contacted Outlook Flooring, the floor was put in a brand new home in 2020) not 5 years as stated below. After shopping around and getting quotes from a few different Flooring companies, we decided to go with Outlook Flooring from Rock Hill, SC. We went with a Laminate product which was the hardest and most durable against scratches, etc. The overall price was the best of all the quotes.. We had the entire downstairs done, the living, dining rooms, kitchen, downstairs half bathroom, pantry and coat closet. Then stairway to second floor, our large Loft area and loft bathroom. Two guys installed everything in two days including removing the old carpeting and moving all the heavy furniture including our piano. Outlook Flooring did an excellent job replacing my carpet with hardwood floors. The installer arrived on time and was very thorough with the installation. I highly recommend Outlook Flooring for any of your flooring needs

Had new carpet on my stairs within 8 days of making the first phone call! This is hands down the fastest a company has been able to work with me to provide an installation of any kind. Plus, everyone involved was very professional and courteous. Install went well. Looks good! Awesome job Outlook!!
