We consistently use Overhead Door Company of Dubuque at Eagle Window and Door for quoting, service | repair and spare parts. We have always been pleased with the prompt service, the reasonable prices and the expertise they provide. When we have an emergency repair that is needed, Kimberly works quickly to let us know how soon someone will be able to be there and has even rearranged things to have a tech on site sooner due to an urgent need. Amazing customer service is difficult to find but Overhead Door Company of Dubuque can write the book on it!

We recently bought a new house and within the first week I had to call to figure out how to reset the code because I am sure it was user error, anyways, the women who answered was extremely friendly, walked me through the entire process and even joked around with me! Two months later our door broke ans when I called it was after hours, someone answered ans assured me a tech would be there no later than 10am the next day. He was there by 815, my husband said he was a great guy, chatted with him, had our missed fixed and door working in less than 30 minutes. I may be a new, inherited, customer but now a life long customer!

They installed 4 garage doors in our house less than a year one of the doors fell to the ground due to improper installation. They did come out to fix it but I received a bill for their repairs on a door that was installed for less than a year. Their customer service is terrible I would use any other company. Affordable door will be getting my business for now on.

We had them come out and fix our door on our brand new home (less than 1 year). It was a install error and they sent us a bill for a mistake they made when they installed the door. On top of that they left a mess of all the old parts on our garage floor. We used them on our previous homes but after that experience we only call affordable doors now.

Excellent experience in September. I called around 1pm because a spring was broken and my garage door wouldn’t open. By 4:30 the tech had it completely fixed and apologized it took longer than expected because he had to have a unique spring brought over because he didn’t have the one he needed with him.
