Johnny and Ryan of Everett Overhead Garage Door did an outstanding job replacing our 22 year old garage door recently 12/03/2025. The lead tech Johnny determined it was best to keep the existing side rails due to our lower header room for best operation. Johnny did some minor on-site fabrications to the existing rail systems to be sure all is smooth operation. All is smoother than ever now! Dean Jackson, Mountlake Terrace.

Steven was super helpful in finding me the part I needed after I did something stupid. Even more helpful when I told him the wrong side and he went back again to find the right part. Was able to fix my garage door in no time. Thank you so much for the patience and the help!!!

I'm writing this a few years after the fact. the quoting, install and over all product turned out great. everything was fine. the reason for the review is because of the customer service after the fact outside of the warrantee. I called the other day because the door had recently free fell about 5' after binding up on the track. not sure how but the door got out of alignment and started rubbing one of the roller brackets and it was enough to hold it in place long enough for it to unspool the cable then release and fall. all this is fine stuff happens. i call to schedule someone to come out and realign the door and possible adjust t so it wouldn't drag. the person who answered the phone couldn't tell mew the cost for a realign and tune up and said it could take all day, at 130/hr that seam

All of this happened because I got to know the original owner at the Arco station at 18th and Broadway. Greg did a great, professional installation job and I'm so happy! Thanks!

I'm very happy with my new garage door opener from Overheard Door Company of Everett. Matt was on-time, personable, and he didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need. From the installation it is obvious that Matt is master of his craft. He also configured my garage door to open higher so I can now utilize the entire 8-foot height of my garage opening. This is my second time using OHD Company of Everett (the first time was for a broken spring) and they've done great work both times and their prices are very reasonable. I will continue to use them for my garage door needs and will recommend them to friends and family.
