We are extremely happy with our new garage doors and garage door openers ( purchased before the doors). Doug and Chris have been awesome to work with. The doors are beautiful and installation was excellent. We also found the pricing very reasonable and fair . When we had the new garage door openers installed I managed to drew up the programming. The tech met me the next day to fix it with me. Very patient and took time to explain it to me. Great company I highly recommend Overhead Door Company of Lancaster !

Knowledgeable, patient, friendly salesman. Doug's honesty was clear when our garage door was installed. He left nothing out and the job went smooth, quicker than expected, and no corners were cut! We specifically wanted the door not to leak when hit with 30-40 mph winds and it didn't. We are 100% pleased with overhead.

My garage door spring broke. Garage door is stuck. I call them, they come out, new spring, professionally installed by a master technician. They called 30 mins ahead, said they would arrive on schedule, which they did. Price was certainly reasonable. Service was outstanding. Good, honest people. They didn't try to pressure me into buying additional stuff.

Had a run in with someone from your company. Insane road rage simply because they were passed up, never cut off & had more than enough space between us. I have dashcam videos & photos of the incident that happened on Rohrerstown Road in Lancaster. It’s way too early for this type of behavior, we’re all just trying to get to work at 7:40am. It was not that serious for your employee to be riding my bumper, flashing their high beams & honking their horn the way they did. Do better!

Overhead spring on my garage door broke. I called and they fit me in the schedule within a day. Gave a good, fixed price, to replace 1 or both springs. Installer was very professional and worked efficiently. Our door is back up and running good as new.
