Well, I called and ask for an appointment to fix my garage door opener. He said to send him pictures. I sent them and never got a response. I left a message after that to no avail. I guess it's hit or miss around here and this definitely was a miss. I'll call Lowe's

Our garage door broke yesterday. I called Overhead Door yesterday afternoon and they called me back this morning. In the afternoon, the door was repaired. We are thrilled and so relieved that the repair happened that fast.

Called at 0900 and left a message. Got a call back at 0910 to meet him at my girlfriend’s garage at 0945 for an estimate. New torsion springs installed and balanced and even tightened the opener chain by 1210! Doesn’t get any better than that! Highly recommend.
