Prime Specialty Contracting

Prime Specialty Contracting did a spectacular job on my commercial building project. Cory, Roy, Alex, and Kevin were exceptional from start to finish. They installed a new spiral ductwork system in my garage space, added a 125,000 BTU Reznor heater to provide redundant heating, and set up four Ecobee thermostats so I can control my shop remotely. The entire project was handled with professionalism and attention to detail. Cory, the owner, was extremely professional and helped refine the scope of work while clearly laying out scheduling expectations. Roy completed the gas line run and installed the Reznor heater. Alex handled all the ductwork for both the heater and the new heating branch off the existing HVAC system. Kevin installed and configured all four Ecobee thermostats perfectly.

We had Prime replace an old fuel oil boiler and water heater over to propane this summer. Huge job and Prime was outstanding to work with from the first call to get an estimate to the final installation. Awesome communication, outstanding customer service, fair pricing, and hardworking/ honest technicians. I highly recommend Prime and we will continue to use them for any future services.

No issues with the quality of work or the technicians who assisted with a broken down furnace and eventual replacement. I did not, however, enjoy receiving what I considered to be a surprise invoice weeks after paying off my bill. The staff member I dealt with in the billing department was dismissive at best. 10/10 work; 2/10 interaction afterwards. Customer service seems to be a lost art these days and I will NOT be working with Prime again.

I contacted Prime to repair some gas fireplace issues I was having. They were incredibly responsive with communications and scheduling. I also appreciated them detailing what the fees would be before I agreed to contract with them. The pricing was fair and the workmanship even better! Highly recommmend.

The Technician arrived on time and quickly got to work. He explained to me what he found as he inspected the unit. He had a lot of experience servicing this type of heater. I also felt the amount of the bill was reasonable. This was the first time calling on Prime for service. Would definitely turn to them again in the future.
