The Window Store Home Improvement Center

We recently had windows installed through The window store, and overall, we’re very happy with the experience. The windows themselves are wonderful, and the installers were professional, efficient, and respectful of our space. It’s clear that this company is very customer-oriented—they were responsive and helpful throughout the process. The only downside was that we were unable to get an itemized invoice showing the cost per window, which we would have appreciated for transparency. That said, the final product and service were great, and we’re satisfied with the results.

We had a very pleasant experience. Everybody was so nice and professional and they did a great job very quickly! The showed up exactly on time and they know what they are doing. I would never get windows from anybody else.

We are absolutely delighted with our new gutters!! The crew that installed them were extremely professional, pleasant, and courteous. Just moments after they completed the job we had a down pour of rain! Watching the amount of rain/water flow out of the down spouts was incredible, and affirmed that our decision to go with The Window Store to protect our home was the right one! (Lol, that sounds like a commercial, but I absolutely mean every word!!)

I highly recommend The Window Store for all of your window upgrades and service. Shawn, Justin, Tom and a few others whose names escape me, have done a fabulous job for us. The attention to detail and the clear communication were just a few of the important aspects of the job, that sealed the deal as well as our desire to continue to do work with The Window Store. Shawn in particular always promptly returned my calls or emails in the most kind and professional manner and with a sense of urgency. And for that, I am grateful.
