We recently had a rolling steel garage door installed by Overhead Door. Overall, it was a great experience. Anthony gave us a good price on a 18 gauge door with a high 100K cycle spring. Their quote was not the lowest we got, but the communication were smooth and the explanation of details were clear, so we ended up choosing Overhead. During the installation, there was a little back and forth with wiring, with Chelsea's help on scheduling, Jeremy and his team did a great job and finished installation perfectly in the end. Overall, we are happy with the quality of the door and the entire process.

We had a spring break on an overhead door over 30' in the air in our shop and Chelsea responded very quickly. She was able to dispatch technicians out to us that morning to see what all would need replaced. Parts were ordered and door was back up and functioning in a short amount of time. Chelsea had great communication and everyone at Overhead Door kept us updated. I decided to have them do maintenance on all of our doors at that point.

We love our new Overhead Door garage. It’s the talk of our neighborhood. We have numerous people stop and ask to check it out. It is so quiet and smooth you almost think you don’t push the button to open it. In addition to how great the door is, the team at Overhead Door Seattle did an incredible job coordinating and installing it to perfection. We could t be happier with the entire process.

Had a steel building company install 2 steel roll up motorized doors at a residential property, and a few months later they were clearly misaligned.
