In the middle of this snow storm my garage door rollers fell out of their track and I could not shut my door or remove my car. The weather was -5 F outside and my furnace and water heater are in the garage that I could not close. I called Overhead Door and they sent Mike R. within three hours. I was so relieved to see him as he reassured me everything would be repaired. Within the hour he had the the door working like new. He explained how I can maintain the door. Mike R. was calming and competent. Thank you!

Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. James explained all our options clearly and answered all my questions. Our installation technician was very thorough and efficient. The woman who answered my phone calls is friendly and knowledgeable. I’m sorry I missed their names. Thanks to Mark and Alex for squeezing in a last minute job to get us sealed for the winter; they were both very helpful. I will recommend your business!

James came and fixed one of the cables on our 2-car garage door that had jumped of its drum. He tightened one of the torsion springs to get both springs equally tensioned and lubricated all rollers, pulleys, and chain. He is very experienced and very friendly and did an excellent job ! It is a pleasure to receive service from such nice professional people !

Tried to work with this company several times. Always very polite but nothing ever resolved. Parts were not brought out when they promised they would have them on the truck. Then they changed their mind on the advice they gave us. Had us buy new openers they could install and was told they would only charge for 1 of the 2 doors for our inconvenience. Then when it came time to come install them they didn’t keep their word, wanted to charge for both doors. Every time they said they would call back to schedule something they never did. It was clear they didn’t want to help fix our issue, just wish they would have told us that instead of wasting weeks and weeks of time. Nice people but the lady answering the phone, the tech that came on site, and the manager all at some point didn’t keep their

Had a broken spring on one of my doors and Overhead Door of South Central Indiana was very quick to respond to my issue and service the door. Very professional service and a great attitude from James who did the work. Highly recommend this company to anyone needing new doors or service on existing doors.
