I had this company to replace my garage door, which they did a few months in, the door started creasing and would not close.My father is up in age was having difficulties with the door opening and closing. I came home and checked it. I found all the old original tracking still being used. I called them, and they came out and replaced the tracking, however the door now has crease .On several occasions, they have stated that they would send someone, months later and no call, no show and they do not return my calls. I absolutely would not use or recommend their service. Piss poor customer service.

Called them up to inquire about a part for a roll up door operator. Whoever answered the phone acted like it wasn't worth his time to help me out.
