Friendly staff always helpful

I just want to give a review here for pace.Hardware and for Pete, who helped me specifically, Pete was great.Very knowledgeable was able to put me in the right direction with no effort I can't say enough good things about Peyton.Pace hardware, thank you very much for everything.I will definitely be back Amazing service 👍👍

The employees looked very unhappy to be working. We needed 10’ 2” pbc pipe and the guy says well “we only have it 20’ ,do you want me to cut it ?” Duh..... !!! They looked displeased when we walked in no one greeted us we had never been in there befor so we thought it was self service but apparently you just stand there quietly and someone will help you eventually . So they got our pipe and cut brought it out to the truck and threw it on the ground untaped and walked away . Wow!!

Very bad bussiness tactics from the Ukiah branch. Don't expect to get your material on time or even a correct order. Then they'll try to blame you for the mistakes. Don't believe their delivery time either it'll be a complete waste of your time.

Everytime I go in the staff is super helpful, friendly and over the top knowledgeable. Shout out to Sam this last time, but all the guys there are great.
