I contacted this contractor to get an estimate for a fire sprinkler system in my commercial building in Fort Bragg. Very few contractors do this type of work in this area. I had to be persistent, making several phone calls and leaving messages requesting an estimate for this work over several weeks. Finally, after several weeks (months?), I got a response. They gave me a much higher estimate than what was originally discussed, and it was only for part of the work as it did not include the underground portion of the work. That was last year. Already into Spring now, months later, I received a bill from this contractor requesting payment for $80. for the estimate. While it is a small sum, it was never discussed during the phone calls.
