That was a godsend. The technician Sam was thoroughly proficient and Easy to communicate with, and I am so thankful that the Kelseyville Roto-Rooter office and Sam treated us with such respect and Professionalism. Great customer service. The technician John was at my house within a couple hours of my call for nonflushing toilets and backed-up shower drain and got everything working great, very professional. I would definitely call again if any future problems.
