We were in need of a replacement window for one of our bedroom windows and I wanted to upgrade our back deck slider door. I called Pace and was sent a salesman very shortly thereafter. Andy Gray was wonderful ! Personable, Knowledgeable and spent just the right amount of time with us …. Did not rush, did not linger. He explained everything to us in terms of the process, the timeline and cost to do both installations. He arranged for the engineer to come take final measurements- also quickly after the initial estimate. The timeline and service Andy promised was exactly how it went. The window and door were fabricated, delivered and installed beautifully. This place is top notch ! We checked out other places in the business. In terms of price and timeline, Pace was the best ! My first experience using Pace. I always prefer using local business and Pace did not disappoint. I had some doors replaced and Pace did a fantastic job from beginning to end. The doors and installation are top notch. Every person I spoke to in the company was friendly and knowledgeable and gave me prompt service. Special shout out to Andy our installer.
