Paul, Jose, and his team were amazing. They spent almost 2.5 weeks repairing rotted wood trim, scraping, and painting our home exterior. Also willing to work with an external insulation company. Our house looks amazing, great to work with!

We’ve had Pacer do two projects. The first project included painting 6 rooms and 2 bathroom with old millwork and plaster walls. The second project included 3 rooms with wood paneling and detailed built in cabinets. Both times I was impressed with the preparations the team did prior to painting! With our second project, I had Paul’s team do a small carpentry project that had been on my to-do far too long. They did a great job with the carpentry work! Paul helped me understand the pros and cons of different types of paint. I felt that pricing was fair. The team was detail oriented, respectful of my home, and hardworking. I would highly recommend Pacer for residential jobs, especially if you’re looking to support a small business!

They take the time to ensure all proper patching and prep work are done which should provide satisfaction for years to come. Also each day his team cleaned up after the day's work which made things go more smoothly throughout the process.
