We hired Pacheco Construction to remodel/redo our outside living area. When we had our house built, our contractor added a deck off our master bedroom that he engineered himself. It was a disaster. It leaked through the light fixtures, down the side of our house, the footings were sinking, and the whole deck was not far from collapsing. Pacheco's crew came in, re-engineered the entire thing, rebuilt it, added an outdoor fireplace, ran a gas line to our barbecue, installed a beautiful ceiling, poured new concrete, and built a beautiful rail. They were great, they came in under budget, and they were very detail-oriented

Pacheco Construction helped us design and construct our deck and patio. They were great to work with, proactive, and had great and reliable subs. Our new deck and patio turned out even better than we imagined! It's a natural extension of our home and we will use it all year. We look forward to working with Pacheco Construction on our future projects.

I have worked with Pacheco Construction on multiple projects around my home and they have provided quality work at a good price and completed all actions quickly and efficiently. They replaced windows and sliding doors including replacement of trim inside and out and did a wonderful job.
