Pacific Moulding

I've been here twice. Once a few years ago which was a decent experience in service. But recently I went back and it wasn't the same. I was helping someone get flooring for a rental so I came back here. The flooring we picked was not in the store at the time and sales guy told me the earliest they can have it is 9am the next morning, even after asking i asked if they can check if they can get it any earlier from their warehouse they still said 9am is the earliest. He also told me if I take an extra box they would not charge me a fee if I returned it unopened, so i took about 8 boxes. So I paid for it then. Then talking to the people I was helping they said it was better just to cancel and get it sooner at another place, they can just start working on the flooring. So I called 2 hours after
