Don’t even deserve 1 star!! Absolutely terrible and rude. We have a new kitchen at our facility with a new pacific walk in cooler and freezer. I was simply calling to get a quick walk thru on how to change the timer on lights inside of unit as they go off very quickly and employees get stuck in total darkness. It could literally cause someone to get seriously hurt. A password is needed to make the change on LED screen ( which we don’t have). I was told they cannot help over the phone and we are outside of the distance they provide service.. approx 75 miles. If you read this review please do not use this company or this is what you can expect!!!

This company is awful. I feel like the charge to not fix the problem and I can't find any other competitor for hot and cold kitchen equipment, anyone know of an alternative?

I visited them last week and found them all to be very kind. They only do COMMERCIAL sales, service and installation of things like HVAC, cold storage and commercial kitchen equipment however, so they were not able to help me for my home A/C but I would go back if I ever get my restaurant idea off the ground.
