Pacific Source, A Foundation Building Materials Company

We were referred to Pacific Source by a trusted contractor and came in excited to renovate our kitchen. We provided our original plans and were told we would receive a quote. After 6 months of minimal communication and repeated follow-ups on our end, we were finally told that our plans had been lost and that they could not take on the renovation. This was a deeply frustrating experience. Losing a client's original plans is a serious failure, and 6 months without meaningful updates is unacceptable. We wasted nearly half a year waiting, and now we're starting from scratch. We would not recommend Pacific Source to anyone looking for a reliable and communicative contractor.
