Packard Floor Supply

I purchased Red Oak flooring from Kelly at Parkard Floor Supply. She decided to send me White Oak and Red Oak bull nose just to make the sales. Upon contacting her she needed time to pull her video NEVER called back until I reached out to her weeks later. Then she is blaming the floor installer. VERY DISHONEST BUISNESS

Lady the front desk is extremely rude. Instead of being helpful she will just mumble insults. Instead of sharing her knowledge since she has obviously been in the business a long time she will try to make you feel stupid. Terrible customer service

Place is closed. No sign on door to tell you what's going on. I called and they said they were under construction,(there was no work going on anywhere,)but they can take your money and ship your flooring or send you to some other warehouse in Jersey if Islandia. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else.

Horrible customer service. Lady at the front desk was as rude as can be and so was the guy bringing out the wood. They got our order completely wrong and still charged us fees when returned. Never going back to this palace again. Would give zero starts if possible.

They did a great job helping us pick out our flooring. The price was great and delivered quickly.
