After getting several estimates, some high, some low, we met with Franklin and saw some pics of his work. He was responsive, polite, and we couldn't be more pleased with the finished work. He finished in 2 days installing a new paver patio, walkway, and steps to our semi inground pool. I am someone who appreciates quality work and you can see from the pics he and his team are wonderful. They left our yard so clean and we will be having them back to finish some other work around the pool. His price was very fair for the work and you can tell he is an honest person. Cannot wait to decorate it and enjoy the space. Dogs already love laying on the pavers. We had another paver patio already and they joined this perfectly. 100% recommend!

They offer interior home remodeling in the off-season, don't use them. They installed chipped tiles, at different heights. Then the tiles cracked. Spackle everywhere and none of it is smooth Over promised and under delivered every step of the way. I've had to redo almost all their work.

Our home had deteriorating steps and a bizarre slope in the front of our house that we wanted to remove. Frankie (Franklin Padilla) had been contracted by the former owner to work on the property to repair a crumbling retaining wall and had done a fantastic job. We decided to reach out to him for our work and he truly is wonderful. Frankie is extremely professional, courteous, and honest. Within a few days of assessing the property, he worked with us to come up with a plan that met our needs and was extremely fairly priced. Frankie's team is also phenomenal and exceptionally hard-working with the actual work being done within a day and leaving no mess. The results exceeded our expectations and we will be staying in touch with Frankie for some other projects we want to do!
