We had our main floor repainted by Painter1 of Utah County. I love every part of our experience. I work in construction and used to paint previously but didn't want to tackle the size of my project so I hired Painter1. From the consultation, to bid, to help on color selection, scheduling, the work, and wrap up the process was amazing. Karen helped my wife go through color selections carefully with options and suggestions that we went with. The colors are amazing. From start to finish our experience with Painter1 has been great. Everyone we worked with had great communication and professionalism. At first, we were excited about the Painter1 exterior paint job of our home. It looked great! That didn't last long. A few months after the project was complete, we started to experience warping to our siding that had been painted. We were assured and promised by them that we didn't need to worry about warping before choosing to go with Painter1. We understand mistakes happen and were willing to work with them. They were somewhat responsive and willing to work with us about fixing some areas that the warping had occurred, especially the one in the picture posted here. After a few emails back and forth with the OWNER Conrad, he seemed to be pawning it off on us saying that the only thing he can think of was the age of our siding, even though that was never once mentioned before painting.
