The owner of this company is rude and very unprofessional . For an individual to comment on property values of lake front homes and insult and degrade your property..”.. if this home was in Jamestown it would be worth 25k. But on the lake it’s worth 300k. “ Is he an appraiser or a painter Or a wallpaper hanger!!! Just rude. Families love their lake homes and they may be old but they are filled w memories. This guy is arrogant . He wouldn’t give a quite bc it was sooooo much work for 2 small bedrooms. Maybe he should keep his opinions to himself, quote the job or turn it down but you don’t insult people. Price doubles bc your on the lake .

Been in business over 30 years Steve knows what he is doing but you have to plan about 6 months ahead to get work done he is very busy
