In fact, I contacted many others, but this was the only one willing to come to my place to do the repair. They arrived at my home, installed the umbrella, and didn't even ask for payment upfront. Once I was satisfied, they sent me the invoice. This is something you don't see every day and shows their confidence in their work. And trust me, they're worth it. Glenn and his guys at Palapa Kings are amazing! They were professional and I can't believe how quickly they put up our beautiful new Palapa! This is our second one and we absolutely love them! They are durable and they really add the Tiki Bar field to our backyard. If you are thinking of getting a palapa I wouldn't look anywhere else!
