I recently visited this establishment and, unfortunately, had a frustrating experience with their customer service. When I tried calling, the phone rang once before an automated message stated, "The phone you are trying to reach is not available." There seems to be no way to get in touch with them. Additionally, I never received a receipt for my purchase, and despite multiple attempts, I couldn’t reach anyone to request one. Be aware that this business charges your card but does not automatically provide a receipt. Their website also lacks an email contact option, leaving only a non-functioning phone number. While the pricing was ok, the overall experience left much to be desired. The place has a noticeable odor issue (very strong pee smell) that should be addressed. Due to these concerns,

Good experience overall. You can reserve ahead of time. I got about 3 hours on a Saturday for $14. They give you 15 min grace period but then it's $6 per 30 min. Drive small as space is tight!

I felt my car was secure while it was parked for the day in this covered garage. The owner was super friendly and helpful and helped me to find the best place to park and gave me information on how to take my car out and get back in if I needed to drive while I was there. Also, $25 for 24 hours in DC?! Worth it! Will park here again!
