Palm Springs Grill Cleaning

My parents hired this company to clean her grill prior to a family function. 1st the employee was rude and disrespectful. He refused to clean dust off the side as well as grease spots that trickled down. When asked to clean certain parts of the grill he informed them that's NOT his job.(we don't do that was the employee's reply).Suffice it to say they were extremely unhappy with the lack of work and threatened by the owner for payment. DO NOT USE ANY COMPANY THAT HAS NO REVIEWS OR ONLY ONE.

Set an appointment, they were very nice on the phone, but they did not show, never called and won't return phone calls. Truly a flaky organization, keep the appointments they want and call back if they feel like it. Don't use them!
