Palmer and Sicard, Inc.

This company is poorly managed. The leadership team operates with inflated egos and little regard for the people actually doing the work. And let me guess Marc is probably still planted in that office chair as usual. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone new entering the trade.

I’ve had two nearly identical bad experiences with Palmer & Sicard that feel like the same scam repeated. They came out, told me nothing was wrong, and still billed me for the visit. I had to call them back, and they charged me again for the second visit at the same rate. The same thing happened a second time — only this time they told me the issue was covered under warranty, but I was still billed. When I disputed these charges directly with Palmer & Sicard, instead of resolving the matter, they sent my account to collections. The collection agency’s “final notice” letters were full of empty threats and unprofessional pressure tactics. Business owners should be aware of how Palmer & Sicard handles disputes: rather than standing behind their work or honoring warranty claims, they double-
