We knew something wasn't right with our system but couldn't figure it out. Justin and Marco did a great job finding the problem and then digging two feet down in the 20 degree weather to make sure they had fully addressed it. They patiently explained everything to me so I was in the loop. Truly just a wonderful, professional group of people. Me and my wife just had a home built, and we ended up having to do an engineered segment tank. So we called palmetto, they helped us out put in new tank never mentioned anything about charging us after the first year for constant maintenance to the tank, so as soon as the maintenance plan runs out. Our alarm goes off so I called to price to see how much a visit would be and that i would call back to schedule somehow They mess up and send out. Jordan came today to answer a high water alert (red light/buzzer). He is a major asset to this company . His knowledge of the system is nothing short of top notch . Very professional and experienced. He answered all of my questions , discussed all of the intricacies of the system and exercised extreme patience ( in the heat might I add). This young man is top notch and makes this company look great . We went through each tank individually and thoroughly ( pump tank , clarification tank, aerator tank and trash tank) . We discussed all the filters and he even showed me where a filter was that I never knew existed (I’ve had this system for 6 years )!
